The Builder Behind BWE
I'm Eugene — a digital builder, developer and designer based in Ghana with a genuine passion for creating things that work beautifully on the internet. Build with Eugene (BWE) is more than a freelance business; it's a commitment to helping people and organisations unlock their potential through thoughtful digital solutions.
I started this journey driven by curiosity and a desire to solve real problems. I noticed that many individuals and businesses — especially in Ghana and across Africa — had brilliant ideas but lacked the digital presence to share them with the world. That gap became my purpose. BWE exists to bridge it.
My approach is straightforward: I listen first. Every project begins with understanding what you actually need — not just what you want built, but why you need it and who it's for. That understanding shapes everything from the design choices to the technical decisions. The result is work that makes sense for your audience and your goals.
I work primarily with WordPress, WooCommerce, MySQL and Python — tools that I've chosen because they're powerful, proven and right for the kinds of problems my clients face. I'm always learning, always exploring, and always looking for better ways to build.
